Website migration

AethLabs Dashboard is moving

Over the next few months, there will be some significant changes to the AethLabs website(s). We've built a new website platform that will better support all of our new devices and customer needs for data management into the future. We've been testing it for quite a while and we're ready to fully move all operations over to it. Below is an outline of that process.

Platform transition plan

Current platform (until October 1, 2025)
New platform (will be current as of October 1, 2025)

Good to know

  • We encourage you to register on the new platform with the same email address as you had used on the old website to facilitate some device and organization association migration but you can use a new password if you like.
  • We do not plan on migrating user accounts or device data from the old website to the new platform.
  • We encourage you to back up any data files you want to keep from the old platform as soon as possible but you should have until February 1 at the latest.
  • You can access device software and firmware downloads for all of our devices from either site now.
  • The new platform already supports streaming data visualization, data management, and device management for MA200 / MA300 / MA350 / AL30 / AL80 / Scout devices
  • The new website will not support AE51 data file uploads.
  • The new website will plan to support MA200 / MA300 / MA350 data set import to our new platform directly via a new version of our microAeth Manager software, however that release will still take some time. Sign-up for our mailing list and we'll notify you when it is available.
  • The new website will not immediately have full feature parity for MA200 / MA300 / MA350 data files relative to the older platform, but we will continue to improve data visualization and summaries over time.

What do I need to do now?
